They also offer a huge selection of useful calculators to assist you with your mortgage needs. Their online process is very fast and they try and take a lot of the usual lengthy paperwork out of the loan process. One feature that we found very useful is their rate finder. They allow you to find out the currently daily rates right from their Home Loans Landing page. Simply choose the loan that you are looking for, enter in the loan amount and put in your zip code to get the rate related to your needs. They also offer a rate watch service that we thought was a great tool. Compared to other leading websites, they rank near the top as far as ease of form use. This is one area you should check out. It is well worth your time. Another great area you should look at is within their homebuyer resources area. You can get to this area by accessing the left nav bar and clicking Homebuyer resources. Here you will find many helpful tools such as calculators and a home price check. This was another unique offering that is not found on most mortgage sites we have reviewed. Their online application worked very fast and was quite simple to use. If you get stuck, their are many options for customer service which includes a 1-800 number, and a listing of branch locations you can visit in person.
